Also under the ASIO settings, once you designate the ASIO4ALL, under the left and right channel drop down menus, select the Mustang 1 and then 2 for the left and right channel. Then run Amplitube and under the settings, select ASIO4ALL instead of the Fender ASIO as the input device.

I also had to install a new driver for Realtek HD audio as I just have standard sound and not a sound card on my laptop. You can do a google search and find the link to download. I then had to download and install ASIO4ALL. Plug the USB cable that came with the amp into your laptop. Here's what I do to get it to work playing through the amp. I had to download a differnt ASIO and get a stero cable that has a male 1/4 plug on each end. Actually I did find a way to get it to work with Amplitube Fender LE.
